A Time-Price-Opportunity (TPO) histogram displays trading activity by showing how long the market traded at each price during a specific time frame. This helps pinpoint support and resistance levels and can suggest where to enter or exit trades.
The Point of Control (POC) on a TPO histogram represents the price at which the most time was spent trading and represents a perceived fair value by market participants.
The value area on a TPO histogram represents the price range in which the majority of trading (around 70%) occurred during a given period.
The Time-Price-Opportunity (TPO) histogram and point of control line (POC) will be displayed on the chart if is selected in the settings. An option to can also be selected in the settings.
