Price Action (TPO)
The Price Action (TPO) algorithm determines trend direction with calculations based on Time-Price-Opportunity (Market Profile) data.
The Time-Price-Opportunity (TPO) histogram and point of control line (POC) will be displayed on the chart if Display TPO POC & Value Area is selected in the Visualizations settings. An option to Display Historical TPO Value Areas can also be selected in the Visualizations settings.

Higher Timeframe
Sets the higher timeframe used to calculate TPO. If a value other than ‘chart’ is set, this will override the Master Higher Timeframe setting in the Confirmation Control section.
The Higher Timeframe trailer analyzes macro trends over 1000 candles at the resolution of the current timeframe in TradingView. The maximum lookback period must be considered when selecting a Higher Timeframe. See the Higher Timeframe Limitations section for details.
Value Area
Specifies the percentage TPO that will be considered the value area.
Mode
Sets the display mode for the TPO.
