Trades on Chart

Display Backtested Trades

Backtested trades will be displayed if Trades on Chart is activated in the Style Settings. Trade data may be viewed with or without long/short Signal Labels.

Further detail on each trade can be viewed under the List Of Trades tab in the Strategy Tester Panel in TradingView.

Chart Symbols

Small horizontal triangles represent trade entry or exit prices.

Hiding Pro Trader Signals

Examining backtested trades on the chart may be easier if Pro Trader signals are temporarily hidden. To do this, open the indicator drop-down and hit the eye icon (shown below).

Signal Labels

Signal Labels can be toggled on or off in Style Settings.

Quantity Labels

Quantity labels showing the Order Size of each trade can be toggled on or off in Style Settings. The Quantity displayed will depend on the Order Size and type specified in Properties Settings.
